The floor-to-peak windows of this updated mid-century A-Frame look out across the Mad River Valley. It's an easy walk to the historic Waitsfield Common Road, locally known as one of the best walking/biking roads in the Valley, if not all of Vermont. 

The Vonn Trapp Farm Store (yes, those Von Trapps) is a neighbor down the road.

The ski resorts are a 10 to 15 minute drive away.  In, the warmer months this is a great starting point for hiking, biking, kayaking, and fishing. The surrounding area is rich with wildlife and natural beauty, providing a calm backdrop for outdoor adventures or quiet relaxation. After a day out, unwind in the hot tub and take in the fresh air.

Inside, this updated classic A-Frame is bright and inviting, with an open living area centered on a stone fireplace. It's it a great spot for reading or watching TV. The big windows fill the space with natural light while the spacious deck is perfect for enjoying the view over a morning coffee or a cookout.

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and a big dining table, ideal for preparing and sharing meals after a day of exploring. There’s  a dedicated workspace if you need to attend to remote work during your stay.
